Pre-Order Details
What's in the box?+
The Mini sensor, its Wi-Fi and Bluetooth antennas, and a window mount kit with a suction cup. A USB-C power supply is required.
When will my Mini ship?+
Early-batch orders are scheduled to ship in Q4 2026. If that date moves, we will email you with the new date and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before your unit ships.
Where do you ship?+
The United States only. Shipping is free and already included in the pre-order price — there is nothing extra to pay at checkout.
When am I charged?+
The full amount is charged when you place the order to secure your place within the launch batch. Your included first year of service starts when your Mini ships, not when you order.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Email info@dronespotter.com any time before your unit ships and we will refund you in full.
Does the Mini need a subscription?+
Yes. The DroneSpotter web app and every cloud feature require an active subscription. Your first year is included in the pre-order price — an Enterprise plan covering up to 5 user accounts — so there is nothing further to pay until a year after your Mini ships.
What happens after the first year?+
You choose a plan: Pro at $499/year or Enterprise at $999/year. If you choose not to renew, the hardware is still yours, but the web app and cloud features stop until you resubscribe.
